Since 1994, Our Construction Division has provided general contracting services through both design / build and design / bid / build delivery methods with a commitment to meeting shedules and budgets. The winning combination of a dedicated construction team and talented subcontractors has allowed us to remain one of the largest commercial contractors headquartered in Douglas, Isle of Man.
We construct projects for our clients on a negotiated basis, ranging in cost up to $500 million. Our design and construction experience includes office building, hotels and conference centers, single and multi tenant retail and residential, industrial, educational and institutional facilities, parking garages and tenant improvement projects.
